At the theta level, your body is asleep but your mind is very clear.

This is when you are most open to knowledge.

At this level, all repair and refurbishment systems are open.

to the internet of the universe at this frequency  you can connect

the body is stimulated internally.

becomes a trance

This powerful flow of energy puts you in a state of awareness and

It allows you to become superconscious.

Super consciousness instantly allows you to dominate your inner world, meaning and depth, where you dominate the material and physical world in daily life.

Theta is the state of mind in which it is believed that you can create anything and change reality instantly.

There are five main frequency brain waves: Beta, Alpha, Theta, Delta, and Gamma. These brain waves are in constant motion, the brain produces coherent waves at all frequencies.

For example, when we talk to others, our minds are in the Beta phase.

The beta wave has a frequency of 14-28 cycles per second. Beta is the state in which you are active and alert.

In the alpha state, your brain waves move at a frequency of between 7-14 cycles per second. Alpha frequency is a mental state of deep relaxation and meditation.

Alpha is the bridge between Beta and Theta.

Wave Alpha rules dreams, fantasy and indicates a detached and relaxed state of consciousness.

People who have trouble with this wave will have trouble remembering. For example, if you are aware of a particular dream or meditation that is very deep, but you can't think of the details, it means that you are not generating enough frequency in Alpha.

There is no bridge between the subconscious mind and the conscious mind.

Theta State is a state of profound relaxation; It is used in hypnosis and during REM Sleep.

Brain waves slow down at a frequency of 4-7 cycles per second.

This is why many people meditate for hours on end to reach this state of absolute perfect tranquility.

Theta brain waves can be considered subconscious;

they rule the part of our mind that lies between the conscious and unconscious and preserve memories and emotions.

Also guide your beliefs and behaviors.

Theta waves are always creative, characterized by inspiration and very spiritual feelings.

It is believed that this state of mind allows you to act below the level of the conscious mind.

Theta is the first stage of the stage where we dream.

Understanding this wave dimension is simply and comprehensively enough to think about what it's like to be on top of a mountain, completely isolated by those around you, and knowing that you "know" that God is real, just knowing that God "is". "You are in Theta now.

Theta frequency is a very strong frequency.

It can be compared to this type of trance you can find children playing with video games.

Another example of the theta state is that of those who walk unburned on hot coals.

Delta is the state of mind when in a deep sleep. In delta, brain waves slow down to a frequency ranging from 0-4 cycles per second. It's the wave you use when the phone rings, and you already know who's calling.

The brainwave interval is the state we find ourselves in when we learn and process information.

Wave spacing stimulates the release of Beta Endorphins.

Gamma waves seem to be involved in higher brain activity where perception and consciousness are involved.

your brain waves range from 40 to 5000 cycles per second.

Vianna believes she is in a state conducive to immediate healing while in her Gamma Theta state.

Scientists have discovered significant effects of certain brainwave frequencies (especially Alpha and Theta)
